Soon after the film is shot and after editing and various re-recording processes it should be submitted to the censor board for film licensing and certification. Only after this a film will be available for release. Besides the hard work of various artists of the film soon after the release of the movie, various websites will be uploading the pirated versions of the newly released movies. This in turn will affect all the artists worked in the film especially the producer, who invested a lot to make his movie. So government should take serious steps against such website providers for providing the pirated versions of such movies without the copyrights.
